Established in 2024, Scania Depot Charging Solutions is a start up with the ambition to grow fast and accelerate towards our mission: "to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system". Job description
As a central figure in our Charging Solutions Team, your primary role involves close collaboration with the BEV Sales Team. Your focus spans market research, identifying potential customers, creating persuasive pitches, negotiating agreements, and finalizing deals.
Leveraging your expertise in charging solutions, you'll navigate complex negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Your efforts contribute to driving innovation and sustainability in the electric vehicle sector, fostering lasting partnerships and facilitating widespread adoption.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting potential depot charging customer businesses, having a great customer experience in mind
- Create the best value proposition which will help the customer to improve his profitability
- Connect with potential customers and pitch the Scania depot charging proposition
- Assure involvement and co-ordinate needed capabilities with Deployment & Operations to build a customer centric offer
- Negotiate win-win solutions and close contracts
- Collaborate closely with the Deployment team to create an offer relevant for the customer now and in the future
We're looking for
A Sales Manager with at least 4 years of experience in a commercial or sales-driven role. You should have profound negotiation skills, engineering competence, and technical insight into the energy market. Strong communication skills and a keen interest in the renewable energy sector and e-mobility are essential. Fluency in English and Norwegian are required. Willingness to travel regularly is also necessary.
