Our software solution revolutionizes logistics management, offering comprehensive oversight of transport, personnel, vessels, helicopters, and oil rigs. To strengthen our global Customer Success (CS) team we seek a service-oriented System Support Specialist. Situated at our headquarters in Stavanger, Norway, you'll closely collaborate with four dedicated individuals while also being an integral part of our global team, working alongside colleagues in the US and Kuala Lumpur.

Position Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time (100%)
- Rotation: Duty every third weekend (7-hour shifts)
- Travel: May be required
- Location: Stavanger, Norway
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via various channels (phone, ERP, email).
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on our products and services, offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
As a System Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring satisfaction. You'll provide high-quality support via telephone, email, ERP, and our service management system. Establishing reliable advisory relationships with customers will be pivotal, driving the continued value of our products and services. Additionally, you'll deliver training sessions, prepare end-user documentation, and stay updated on new software features.
We're looking for candidates with a background in customer support, ideally within a technical context, or those with experience in logistics, complemented by proficiency in software applications. You should possess robust problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities. Fluency in English is essential, and Norwegian is preferable. While a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, it's not mandatory.
