Technical Product Manager

We are strengthening our high-power converter team as we are creating a new generation of game-changing low voltage megawatt-class frequency converters. Our team is mainly located in Finland and Norway where our factories also are located. Our typical drive product is DC-distribution with batteries for marine industry, we flavor the products with our game-changing protection concept. Our current product generation is in use on 150+ vessels with more than 4 GW installed power in total. Read more about what you would be working with here!

We are looking for a curious and technology-driven person to join our team in one of our locations in either Finland or Norway. Your main task will be technical product management of our 690 V AC power conversion and DC distribution systems. In your role you will ensure, together with other functions, that our product portfolio meets our customers’ expectations now, and in the future. With a good understanding of market requirements and relevant standards you will play a key role in enhancing our product portfolio competitiveness.

Your responsibilities

• Product portfolio management
• Product documentation content
• Product marketing activities
• Product architecture and cost structure management
• Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders

What we expect from you

• MSc in electrical engineering or similar
• Knowledge of frequency converters and products in the market
• Good teamwork and communication skills in written and spoken English
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Creative thinking
