Are you driven by working in systems, continuously looking for areas to improve and to further develop the user experience? Either you are familiar with all the systems or have a great technical knowledge within systems, your way of thinking will be a great asset to our team. Together, the QHSE team will reach our strategy of providing the highest standard deliveries and completion to all our clients, globally.

A long side the continuously development you will also function as a superuser in Synergi, Archer Key Performance indicator system (APD) and Archer Management system. Day-to-day tasks may vary from updating internal processes, organisational charts, and collecting meta data. Through the systems you will also study ongoing trends and further analyse the data available.

Key responsibilities:

Update Synergi and ensure the system at all times are fit for purpose.
Perform Non-conformance trend analysis.
Perform safety related trend analysis.
Responsible for keeping structure in the set-up in QLM.
Monitor data quality in APD reporting and statistics.
Ensure that the APD software meets expectations of line management and further develop the software as per adjusted needs.

As a System Coordinator you will also be responsible for establishing and keeping the training material updated. As well as being a superuser you will also perform internal training and monitor the data quality for our main systems; Synergi, APD and our Management System Compass.

Required education:

Relevant bachelor’s degree. Extensive experience might compensate for lack of formal higher education
