QHSE Lead Wireline

As a QHSE Lead you will combine your safety knowledge with communication to secure a safe operation delivery for our clients. Through continuous work with our customers, you will work to find smarter solutions and new ways to combine QHSE into our daily operations.

Through regular contact with our clients, the division and staff offshore you will be responsible for developing and maintaining QHSE processes in compliance with internal and client requirements, standards, governing rules, and regulations. Together with the team you will encourage and promote QHSE in all deliveries and follow up the departments Key Performance Indicators are reported and monitored as required. To make sure our deliveries are up to standard you will also conduct and lead internal and external audits and fulfil the recommendations following the audits.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct regular QHSE reviews of internal processes, verify suitability to our business objectives and drive continuous improvement programs.
Verification of activities such as internal and external audits, inspections, and management visits
Prepare regular Synergi status reports to the department and follow up that actions are completed as required.
Investigate, analyze, and follow up QHSE incidents.
Participate as relevant in tender processes.
Initiate and follow up findings from internal and external audits.
Responsible for maintaining the Material Safety Data Sheet archive.

In this role you will also take part in the yearly QHSE plan and assure that actions are followed up on. Your experience will also be a great asset to continuously develop our internal HSE and Quality plans.

Preferred background and qualifications:

Relevant bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 years’ experience from a project-based Engineering environment.
Fluent in Norwegian and English oral and written is a must.
