Are you passionate about sustainability? Capsol Technologies is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contract Manager for our Products & Services team. You’ll be responsible for leading our contract work for technology demonstration campaigns and First-of-a-kind projects.

Your tasks include:

• Negotiate and manage contracts of our technology demonstration program
• Top level understanding of legal frameworks around intellectual property rights, patents, and technology licensing.
• Drafting and negotiating First-of-a-kind contracts. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to execution, ensuring terms and conditions meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish competitive pricing strategies while maximising profitability.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive successful commercial outcomes.
• Support and/or manage sales projects in other business sections if required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to analyse market data, financial information, and contractual terms to make informed business decisions.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the development and execution of business plans.
• Familiarity with contract law and an understanding of legal implications in commercial transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• We are seeking a candidate who embodies a powerful self-drive and motivation, coupled with the ability to travel regularly. You should excel in negotiation, adeptly interacting with large international clients. Additionally, you must be a team player, thriving in social environments.

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential, with fluency in other languages considered advantageous.
