Do you have experience with logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding?

We are on the lookout for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kristiansand! In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of spare parts, as well as ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations for both 3rd party and inter-company customers globally. With a focus on export/import shipments and transportation planning, the Logistics Coordinator will work closely with Supply Chain teams and sales departments across various business units.

Job Description

• Coordinate export/import shipment

• Plan and implement transportation of goods for both international and domestic shipments.

• Prepare shipment documents

• Handle 3rd party logistics

• Provide multiple services and assistance to internal and external customers within the discipline

• Perform various back-office tasks and documentation.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or similar, and/or minimum three years of relevant experience with logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.

• Knowledge of incoterms.

• Understanding of supply chain, both theoretical and practical.

• Experience within customs declarations.

• Ability to work with a structured, accurate, and service-minded approach.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, both verbally and in writing.
