You will participate in one of our many projects right from the beginning. We are eager to learn from you and do not expect you to be an expert from day one. Therefore, you will be assigned a buddy who will help you in the initial phase and receive training, support and lots of encouragement.

About the position

As a graduate in the Pipe Stress and Support department at Aibel, you'll have the opportunity to dive into designing pipe support systems using cutting-edge tools like Aveva E3D, crafting innovative pipe support components, conducting hand calculations, and contributing to the development of work instructions, procedures, standards, and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities and tasks include

  • You will work with 3D modelling and/or calculation of structures & pipe connections

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates holding a bachelor's or master's degree

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communication skills
  • You show initiative and consistently align your actions with Aibel's core values
  • You work well with others and you are open to diverse and multicultural teams
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential for this role 
  • Proficiency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is highly encouraged and welcomed in candidates applying for this position
