We are now looking for Senior Fullstack Domino Developer who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission. 

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Design, develop, and manage software solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements through both team and individual efforts.
• Collaborate effectively within a development team, contributing to the analysis and composition of requirements.
• Apply modern software design patterns and choose appropriate technologies for solution creation.
• Assist in developing architecture for applications and components, focusing on efficient code writing and high test coverage.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing solutions and proactively develop enhancements.
• Monitor software for security breaches and take prompt corrective actions.
• Learn, evaluate, and propose tools, programming languages, methodologies, and platforms to meet project needs.
• Adhere to tools and methods outlined in the Product- and Technology-Strategy and team strategy.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, UX designers, and analysts in an agile team.
• Integrate and operate software solutions with the operations team.
• Embrace third-party and open-source applications for accelerated software development.
• Conduct code reviews, utilize modern tools for coding and documentation, and follow state-of-the-art test procedures to ensure software quality.
• Deploy software efficiently using designated tools, processes, and metrics.

What you need to succeed:

• BSc or MSc in software development, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Proficient in IDEs, various programming languages, and cloud solutions.
• Extensive experience in HCL Domino (LotusScript, Java), web development (CSS, JavaScript, jQuery), and workflow integration.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

We are looking to hire for Volue office in Arendal, Oslo or Trondheim but will be ready to consider Stockholm location as well for the right candidate.
