We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager/Technical Evangelist to join our team at 99x in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the Scandinavian region. You will be the face of our company, representing 99x among identified prospects and in the local tech community. You will be engaging with tech-savvy CXOs and decision-makers in persuading them to engage 99x for their digital engineering requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with ISVs in the Scandinavian market, focusing on product engineering services. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and product managers, within target customer organizations. 
  • Participate in pre-sales discussions to showcase our capabilities and expertise in product engineering. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry. 
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our company's offerings. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and solution architects, to ensure effective communication and alignment with customer needs during the sales process. 
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. 
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. 
  • Well-versed working with sales tools such as HubSpot 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development experience in the technology industry, preferably in the product engineering or software development domain. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade technical audiences. 
  • Strong domain understanding and passion for the latest software development technologies and methodologies. 
  • Experienced in consultative selling, solution design, and value-based proposition development. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of securing complex deals. 
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken). 
  • Willingness to travel within the Scandinavian region as required. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (preferred).
