Your tasks

As a Software Consultant/Application Specialist at Kardex, you will be involved from the sales stage of Kardex's warehouse software solutions up to completed implementation, testing, and training. You will work with the customer and support your sales colleagues in their work. Throughout the project, you are the customer's main contact person regarding software installations and network questions.

Our projects vary in size and length but usually take between 2-3 months. You will run several parallel projects and manage stakeholders both externally and internally. You will have freedom to independently plan and deliver your work in accordance with business needs.

As Kardex has customers and systems spread throughout the Nordic countries, the role will require frequent travel and may include several overnight stay per week.

You will be part of a Nordic software team and to get the best possible start in your new role, you get an individually tailored induction plan and a more experienced colleague as a mentor. You will report to our Realization Manager based in Sweden.

Your profile, skills and knowledge

• Proven project management skills with warehouse software implementations
• Software pre-sales experience
• Experience of creating functional descriptions of logistics solutions
• Project experience of storage and material handling systems
• High competence in WMS systems, Logistic and lean knowledge
• Knowledge about IT hardware (PC, server, network), operating systems and SQL
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a valid driving license
• Fluent in Danish or Norwegian (both written and spoken) and a professional level of English (both written and spoken)
