We are seeking a Project Engineer who wants to make a significant impact on our costumers operations. In this role you will be a part of an international and highly skilled team, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in Upgrades and Modification projects, while working in a team with the same goals. Responsibilities

• Perform engineering services as a part of our upgrades and modifications engineering team, within the Propulsion Controls product area One of the most advanced Propulsion and Thruster Control systems in the world
• Take an active part in improvement initiatives and the further growth of the department
• Provide advanced internal and external support within your product area and projects
• Provide sales support within your designated product group area
• Ensure that the work performed is accordance with Kongsberg Maritime Quality Management System

Qualifications and experience

• Automation or Electrical Engineer (BSc/MSc) or other relevant technical education/experience
• Fluent written and spoken English and native language
• Experience with technical management will be an advantage
• Knowledge about the maritime industry and Kongsberg Maritimes products will be an advantage
