We are looking for a candidate for our position as Project Manager - Improvements with enthusiasm and passion for building renewable energy. 

This position will be a part of the business area Operation, helping to maintain safe, predictable, and cost-effective green energy.

Main work tasks will be:

• Establish a pipeline of projects and improvements and act as Project manager for these
• Drive data analysis to identify and prioritise improvement areas within:
• Cost base awareness
• Solutions to reduce cost and/or to be more cost-effective (technical and organisational solutions)
• Performance improvements and reliability topics
• Define and maintain Performance Improvement Roadmap and targets
• Create and maintain Knowledge Management portal/process to share best practices and lessons learned
• Provide support in implementation of lean principles and establishing the ‘FOR Production System’
• Provide support to site teams and operations during implementation of improvement actions

Qualifications we are looking for:

• University degree in engineering, technology or business administration
• Minimum 5 years' experience from operations. Preferably within the power sector or manufacturing industry
• Experience from improvement programs; lean, six sigma or similar
• Good level of English and Norwegian, both written and oral
• Solid Excel/ Power BI/ Sharepoint skills and good IT knowledge
• Good communication and presentation skills
