We are looking for a candidate for our position as Project Manager - Improvements with enthusiasm and passion for building renewable energy.
This position will be a part of the business area Operation, helping to maintain safe, predictable, and cost-effective green energy.
Main work tasks will be:
- Establish a pipeline of projects and improvements and act as Project manager for these
- Drive data analysis to identify and prioritise improvement areas within:
- Cost base awareness
- Solutions to reduce cost and/or to be more cost-effective (technical and organisational solutions)
- Performance improvements and reliability topics
- Define and maintain Performance Improvement Roadmap and targets
- Create and maintain Knowledge Management portal/process to share best practices and lessons learned
- Provide support in implementation of lean principles and establishing the ‘FOR Production System’
- Provide support to site teams and operations during implementation of improvement actions
Qualifications we are looking for:
- University degree in engineering, technology or business administration
- Minimum 5 years' experience from operations. Preferably within the power sector or manufacturing industry
- Experience from improvement programs; lean, six sigma or similar
- Good level of English and Norwegian, both written and oral
- Solid Excel/ Power BI/ Sharepoint skills and good IT knowledge
- Good communication and presentation skills

- The preferred candidate must demonstrate a high degree of independence as well as excellent cooperation and communication skills
