We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Spares & Logistics (S&L) to join our team at Hycast. This leadership role is crucial for driving our department towards achieving our common goals and ambitions, with a strong emphasis on motivation and leadership.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and realize Hycast's strategy within the S&L domain.
• Establish and follow up on KPIs and metrics, delivering results in safety, quality, technical deliveries, and economy.
• Showcase leadership and commitment towards the quality management system alongside the broader leadership team.
• Ensure incidents in the quality system are followed up on according to deadlines and methodologies for closing incidents, covering safety, quality, and improvement suggestions.
• Maintain and develop efficient structures for collaboration internally and with customers/suppliers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and/or higher education in economics (minimum Bachelor's level).
• Proven leadership skills and understanding of leadership
• Expertise in budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge in the S&L domain, particularly in supplier development and logistics, and the role of S&L in the value chain.
