Project Manager

IKM Flux AS, is a reliable supplier and service provider of umbilicals, valves, hoses and connectors for power and fluid management applications. In addition, Flux supplies complete solutions for oil and gas analysis and measurement as well as laboratory solutions. The company has approx. 61 highly qualified employees and are located in Stavanger, Bergen and Porsgrunn. Flux AS had a turnover of approx. NOK 395 million in 2022.

We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our Project & DCC team,  The position will be part of a team with highly qualified project managers and document controllers and with good development opportunities in the position.

Tasks:

• Responsible for all activities related to assigned projects and project activities
• Collaborate with the Document controller to ensure technical documentation, document packages and quality assurance certificates
• Coordination and execution of document and data requests in collaboration with the document controller, status, searches and inquiries upon request from both internal and external contact persons
• Active participation in relevant project meetings
• Plan and arrange necessary shipments.
• Status reporting to the customer
• Preparation for invoicing, Project ownership until payment from the customer has been completed.
• Support in the assessment of inquiries and preparation of offers according to the authorization matrix provided by IKM Flux AS
• Close communication with and follow-up of customers, suppliers and manufacturers
• Proactively seek best practice work methodology and continuous improvement  

Qualifications:

• Relevant education and/or professional certificate (long experience can compensate for lack of education)
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
• Sound computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
