Job Description:

• Responsibility prior offshore operations:
• Part of the team for planning of the offshore phase as tow, installation, and operation of the platform such as logistic, housing, organization, manning, minimum system to be operating in different phases, HSE, etc.
• Participate in establish required documentation for operation of the platform, for both temporary and permanent phase.
• Establish and follow up processes and their execution towards achievements. Hereunder schedule planning and control sequence of activities.
• Follow up on client- interfaces and contractual obligations
• Participate in the preparation and testing of the platform prior to tow.
• Ownership of offshore execution.
• Control SIMOPS that the offshore activities are planned in advance so that the installation/MC/Commissioning/Testing activities are conducted in safe conditions and in accordance with the Company’s technical requirements as well as cost and schedule.
• Establish necessary communication process and meetings towards operations, construction, relevant parts of the project organization, the client and the authorities.
• Responsibility during operation of the platform
• Follow up on processes; hereunder:
• HSE and all related processes
• Monitoring the coordination of work and sequence of activities
• Follow up on client requests – interfaces and contractual
• Ensure compliance with rules required by law including local regulations
• Participate and take lead in Risk Management like HAZID/HAZOP/Risk assessments etc.
• Project/process audit and verification plan to ensure achievement of common milestones and lead us through the various processes.

• Bachelor or Master 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as operating electricity production system
• Experience working on Offshore Converter Platform is a plus
• Experience as supervisor or departments head from floating or fixed installations is a plus
• Experience defining and implementing new work processes to operate systems
• Experience in commissioning and operating utility systems (HVAC, Electrical, Automation, Cooling systems)
• Experience in HVDC systems is a plus
• Experience with using offshore operations processes (HSE, Quality, Permit to Work system, )
• Experience in working with Management of Change, Contractual requirements
• Knowledge of German Sector and associated regulations is a plus
