Talent Solutions are currently looking for a new team member in Norway to join us in developing the future Talent Acquisition for our international clients.

We are looking for you! A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and wide experience within recruitment and sourcing. We are building a team of result-oriented recruiters that provides innovative talent delivery solutions for our clients, both internal and external. The team will work across borders and specifically within Technology and IT/Software.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibility will be sourcing, screening,
and conducting interviews of qualified senior professionals and graduates. Ourgoal is
developing and maintaining a diversified pipeline of candidates for positions in specific industries and with necessary skills. This will include direct and indirect sourcing techniques, building a strong network, conducting preliminary market
research, and monitoring market trends.

Responsibilities

• High level seniority stakeholder exposure/ being first runner in the whole recruitment cycle process.
• Building long-lasting relationships with candidates, colleagues, and clients.
• Be a partner to ManpowerGroup’s brands and contribute to deliver next level of high-class solutions. 
• Participating in the development of recruitment strategies.
• Screening active applications, conducting interviews, writing recommendations, and discussing talent with Hiring Managers.

Required skills

• Educational background within HR or Engineering/IT.
• 2-4 years relevant recruitment experience, including university relations.
• Good track record with search and sourcing.
• Quality driven and with focus on client`s needs.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate job descriptions and data needed to determine courses of action and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, English and Norwegian.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
