For our client in the medical device industry, we are looking for a quality assurance specialist to work with data analysis and complaint handling.

Main tasks & Responsibilities:

Collect the data for complaint trending
Create trend charts from the data and document in-depth analysis according to procedures
Complete trending data collection
Create trend report
Analyze trend alerts
Initiate investigations as necessary related to trending analysis

Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the Medical Device industry
Experience working with Quality Assurance, Trending, and EWMA charts
Proficiency in English
Strong skills in Excel, Tableau, and MS Office

Nice to have:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry in an Engineering, Quality, or Regulatory related role
Degree in data analytics, engineering, or health science
Familiarity with Oracle Analytics and Salesforce
