Clinical Supply Manager

Do you want to contribute to unlocking the future of medicine? We are looking for highly motivated candidates to take the role as Clinical Supply Manager in Nykode Therapeutics ASA. More specific, we are seeking two temporary positions in our Clinical Supply team, CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control). It is a great opportunity to learn about product supply management and development across different clinical projects.

You will be involved in planning and monitoring the product supply chain activities for our ongoing clinical trials as well as supporting in clinical supply set-up activities of new clinical trials. As CSM, you will operationally and functionally manage stakeholders across multiple departments, functions, and countries, manage and collaborate with external vendors as CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organization) and CROs (Contract Research Organization).

Key responsibilities:

• The position requires interaction and coordination of development programs with clinical operation, CMC, regulatory and quality assurance department.
• Collaboration with external CMOs, vendors and third parties.
• Plan and execute clinical supply in Nykode projects.
• Establish and maintain label, packaging and release procedures of Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) for clinical use, storage and supply at CMOs.
• Establish and maintain supply chain to clinical sites in collaboration with CMOs, Nykode Trial Teams and CROs, plan and secure inventory and supply of products to perform clinical trials according to recruitment of subjects at clinical sites.

Preferred background and experience:

Education:

• Bachelor of Science / Master of Science in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar.

Experience:

• Experience in biotech companies or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

Requirements and skills:

• Capable of working independently as well as in teams.
• Capable to working proactively and have a problem-solving nature.
• Organized, committed and able to work efficiently within given timelines.
• Being flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
• Strong communication skills and able to navigate smoothly across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills, both oral and written.
