We are currently looking for a new colleague to our Credit department within our Finnish team. In total, we are 20 skilled employees who will warmly welcome a new colleague!

About the role:

In this position, you will play an important role in analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of individuals, and your expertise will contribute to making correct loan decisions and reducing the bank's risk.

The tasks will involve the bank's customers in Finland. As part of the team, you will have an important role in ensuring efficient case processing and prompt responses to customers. You will have the opportunity to develop within the Finnish market, but there will also be opportunities to assist in other markets within the department.

Main tasks:

• Credit assessment of loans and credit card applications for individuals
• Fraud and scam handling
• Management of customer portfolios
• Customer communication
• Developing and updating department procedures

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Finnish, both oral and written
• Has relevant customer service experience
• Experience in banking/financial services, preferably in Finland
• University-level education can be compensated with experience

Location: Snarøyveien 36, Fornebu

Form of employment: Temporary position

Working hours: Hybrid office and flexible hours. Core hours between 9-15.
