What´s in it for you?

  • Rotational assignments in at least 3 countries and across Finance roles (Treasury, Reporting, Controlling etc.)

We are seeking an ambitious individual who:

  • Holds a master’s degree, Finance, Economics, or similar.
  • Thinks strategically and can explain financial information.
  • Excels in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Possesses strong communication and relationship building abilities.
  • Adapts easily and enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Shows a strong commitment and capacity for the assigned tasks.


Please note that, this role will involve 2 - 3 rotational assignments living outside of Norway for 3-6 months during the 2 year period. Upon completion of the program, the position will be based in either Asker, Norway or in Langenfeld or Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany. The permanent location is yet to be determined.
