Position Overview:

The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle of our XaitPorter SaaS offering, from ideation and strategy to launch and beyond.

You will be the champion of the user experience, ensuring our product delivers exceptional value to our customers and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Prioritize user stories, epics, and themes based on value, user needs, and business goals.
• Continuously refine and update the product backlog through backlog refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to bring new versions, modules or products, to market.
• Oversee product design and user experience (UX).
• Manage product development timelines and budgets.
• Track product performance metrics and analyze user behavior.
• Develop and implement product launch strategies.
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to iterate and improve the product.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner or a similar role in a SaaS environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Bonus Points

• Experience using XaitPorter.
• Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews).
• Agile Certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)).
