LCI Coordinator

Planned Start date: 02/04/2024
Planned end date: 28/02/2026
Work Location: Stavanger

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure a timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities
Monitor and report LCI progress against LCI milestones
Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers
Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO
Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client
Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
Advise project personnel of the document management/LCI requirements

Required Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (any field) or minimum 5 years working experience within LCI/Document Control

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or related industry

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of international codes and standards
Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys & STID
Competence in document management systems ProArc & STID
Good command of both Norwegian and English languages
Familiar with EqHub
Proactive and service minded
