Do you have experience within LCI coordination?

We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional as an LCI Coordinator in Stavanger. This position is offering a chance to contribute to the success of a prominent Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas venture!

• Ensure timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities.

• Monitor and report LCI progress against milestones.

• Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers.

• Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO.

• Verify final LCI deliverables before handing over to the Client.

• Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation.

• Advise project personnel on document management/LCI requirements.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (any field) or a minimum of 5 years of working experience within LCI/Document Control.

• Knowledge of international codes and standards.

• Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys & STID.

• Competence in document management systems ProArc & STID.

• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English languages.

• Familiarity with EqHub.

• Proactive and service-minded.
