Senior Purchasers

We are seeking two experienced Purchasers to join our team and contribute to the efficient procurement process within our data center operations. As a Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring the necessary equipment and materials to support our clients' needs on different projects and locations.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or another related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably in the data center industry or a related field
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make informed decisions
• Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, market conditions, and supplier dynamics

Senior Engineers (Electro, Mechanical/HVAC, Special equipment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee design (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Structural and Architectural) related to data centre operations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including data centre architecture specialists and construction design teams
• Monitor and adjust project milestones for engineering disciplines
• Provide regular status reports to respective managers
• Ensure quality assurance and control in compliance with industry practices and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, or Construction)
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant field managing large-scale projects, preferably in the data centre industry
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams and budget management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English; Norwegian proficiency advantageous

Document controller

Key responsibilities:

• Handling of engineering documentation internally, towards the customer and sub-contractors
• Handling supplier documentation internally, towards customers and suppliers
• Review of the supplier's final documentation
• Quality check, registration and distribution of documentation according to requirements
• Progress and delay reporting

Required qualifications:

•  Higher education, preferably at university level, can be replaced with relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years document control experience, preferably from projects within energy or construction sector
• Document control systems experience, Microsoft Office and project support systems
• Flexible and open to input, proactive and result-oriented
• Able to communicate well in writing and orally in English and Norwegian
• Structured, accurate and the ability to work independently in a hectic environment

QA Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
• Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
• Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
• Identify training needs and take action to ensure company wide compliance

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
• Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
