We are seeking a competent and dedicated Head of Cyber Scurity. You will have the overall responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of information security strategies and programs for Frøy AS. You will collaborate closely with the Group CIO, senior management, and key stakeholders to ensure that the organization's information security aligns effectively with its business objectives and risk tolerance.

Frøy has its headquarters in Trondheim, and the preferred location for this role is also in Trondheim.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and implement information security strategies and programs to safeguard the organization's information assets
Monitor and assess the organization's information security risks, and devise and execute risk mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information security
Design and deliver information security awareness and training programs for employees
Responsible for overseeing the company's cybersecurity training program and ensuring its implementation across the organization
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in information security, and make recommendations for how the organization can improve its information security posture

Desired Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from information security management, involving the development and implementation of security strategies and programs
Experience with both IT and OT infrastructure, and familiar with frameworks such as ISO 27001, IMO ISM Code, NIS2, and IEC 62443
Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving, emphasizing data-driven decisions
Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in information security
