TOMRA Reuse is a corporate startup within TOMRA that develops novel solutions and sets new industry standards within the circular economy based on reusable packaging.

The world’s first system of its kind for reusable takeaway packaging was successfully launched by TOMRA Reuse in Aarhus, Denmark in January 2024.  

To prepare for further expansion, TOMRA Reuse is now gearing up its capacity to deliver solutions, hence must strengthen its competence and capability within sourcing and supply. We are therefore searching an energetic Sourcing and Supply Manager who is motivated to contribute to this exciting journey.

Job description:

TOMRA Reuse is searching for a Sourcing and Supply Manager that can establish and manage a cost-effective and flexible supply chain. This includes sourcing strategy, production, spare part management and logistics.

You will be a part of a small team organized as a corporate startup, which offers a high level of freedom, minimum bureaucracy, and varied work. Belonging to a small team also means the start-up’s success heavily depends on your contribution.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall production- capability, - cost and - capacity.
• Define and establish a professional and effective supply chain including production unit(s), purchasing, spare parts and logistics function.
• Ensure responsive and efficient small-series deliveries to business development activities.
• Ensure high quality on all deliveries.
• Contribute to solution development from start-up to launch and during the product’s lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc., in business- or technical fields
• Minimum five years of experience, preferably from a product and production-oriented industry
• Good oversight over supply chain management, with strong negotiation skills and great drive to deliver
• Proven ability to build long-term strategic partnerships
• Self-motivated, curious and solution oriented
• Good market and customer understanding
• Team player, while also being and able to make independent decisions
• Structured with good analytical skills
• Innovative and motivated to make significant impact
• Fluent English as a working language

Workplace is Asker (Norway), but this position comes with some international travel.
