As a Customer Support Agent at ABAX, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, providing top-notch solutions and support. Whether it's technical issues, taxation queries, or general customer concerns, you'll handle it all with ease

Some of the things you will be working on:

  • Manage a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and web/chat inquiries according to ABAX standards.
  • Provide support and appropriate solutions to customer queries related to technical issues, taxation, privacy rules, and system functionality across all or selected product groups, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
  • Record customer interactions accurately by entering and verifying information using the appropriate methods and systems.
  • Maintain the company’s database using the applicable system.
  • Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to engage and follow up with customers.
  • Enhance customer communication by adding value, participating in meetings and training, and proactively obtaining leads during interactions.

We believe you bring:

  • A couple of years of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service.
  • Demonstrated interest in and ability to solve technical issues effectively.
  • Handle incoming customer queries in alignment with established standards and performance targets.
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Swedish.
  • Proficiency in English communication is required as it is our corporate language.

Our hiring process:

1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but – early in our process we aim to do an objective screening with recruitment tests from our supplier Master

2. Short interview on the phone or Teams to find out a little bit more about who you are and why you are interested in this position.

3. In-depth interview with one of our recruitment specialists and the hiring manager – focusing even more on who you are and also – what you know.

4. Second interview with hiring manager and one other stake holder, could be a team member for example – to get to know each other even better. At this stage, we might also have a case exercise – focusing on how you would to the work.

5. Digital reference check through our supplier RefApp
