As our new HR Business Partner your main task will be to:

 

·     Drive annual HR activities such as following up on employee engagement surveys, facilitating people reviews, ensuring a good work environment including compliance with local law

·     Work closely together with, supporting, and advising managers on organizational changes, business development, absenteeism, people development dialogues, onboarding etc.

·     Participate in and manage HR-processes related to mergers & acquisitions

·     Handle the legal aspects of organizational changes and advise managers on labor law

·     Manage HSE-activities and ensure compliance with regulations

·     Contribute to further developing and implementation of our general HR processes and tools

·     Drive cross-organizational projects such as implementation of LinkedIn Learning

 

You will report directly to the Director of HR Business Partnering located in Oslo and be a part of a Norwegian HR team of 3 people, as well as global HR team of 30 capable professionals. We prioritize proximity with the business and therefore work distributed across several countries, so you will business partner managers in both Denmark and Norway.

 

What do we expect from you?

To be a success in this role you have experience from a similar position. You have a relevant higher education qualification such as a bachelor's or master's degree in human resource and a solid understanding of Norwegian labor law, having extensive experience with driving change processes in Norway is a plus.

 

You are passionate about working with HR projects and processes and you have a broad experience from working with many different HR tasks. If you also have experience working with unions, comp&ben, mergers & acquisitions and HSE we will be trilled, but interest in and willingness to learn and develop within these areas will go a long way.

 

You are ambitious and committed to your work, and it's important that you are proactive, work independently and have an easy time building relationships and trust. 

 

You have excellent communication skills, are familiar with the Scandinavian languages and fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English.
