The position
By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:Be responsible for planning and execution of operation and maintenance activities together with vendor(s).
Follow up deliveries from Subject Matter Experts (SME) in own team.
Have a role in advising vendor(s), internal customers as well as own team.
Develop operation and maintenance (O&M) for the future and promote sustainability, innovation, and digital solutions.
Have an active role in forecasting and following up costs.
Have a supporting role for real estate projects.
The main responsibility will be to structure and follow up vendor deliveries of O&M of buildings at onshore plants and bases in Norway.
You

Master's degree within building and operational subjects or similar.
More than 5 years of relevant experience.
Competence within Norwegian Standard (Norsk Standard), Internal Control Regulations (Internkontrollforskriften), Construction Client Regulations (Byggherreforskriften) and other relevant laws and regulations.
Good knowledge of Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life-Cycle Cost (LCC).
Knowledge of BREEAM In-use and sustainability reporting.
Ability to understand and manage risk.
Strong communication skills, and a team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
A structured, curious, and self-driven learner with a holistic approach to complex challenges.
Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.
