Due to increased workload within document control, we are now seeking a qualified and experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team!

In this position you will act as a super user in the Company Document Management System (ProArc). You will also be responible for registering and distributing all invocing and outgoing technical documentation to and from Client/Suppliers and third parties according to procedures.

Additionally, your work tasks will include:

Define and ensure the quality of all LCI documentation within projects for internal/external customers.
Make visible and put focus on documentation requirements for project members.
Quality control, clarification, reporting, and follow-up on project documents and technical data.
Follow up and report LCI/DCC status in projects.
Monitor and maintain the quality of technical information.
Follow up on suppliers to ensure LCI (drawings, documents, databases, 3D models, etc.) are established in accordance with requirements.
Ensure that all activities are managed in accordance with procedures, guidelines, and requirements.
Hand over technical documentation to the customer.

Qualification Requirements

BSc/MSc degree in Engineering is preferred, but at least technical education from high school/college or equivalent is required. Long experience may compensate for the lack of theoretical education.
Experience and competence within the use of Document Management Systems (DMS), e.g., ProArc, Procosys, and STID.
Knowledge of Equinor LCI requirements.
Experience and competence within IT/Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of methodology for project execution is an advantage.
Experience in document control.
