Do you want to work in the borderline between a global sales organization and IT? Do you have experience from CRM solutions, global sales processes or as solution architect within complex business applications? Jotun is about to implement a new global CRM solution within all our 4 business segments and we are looking for candidates to join the CRM - team which will lead this exciting journey.

You will be an integral part of our combined ERP and CRM team (Matrix) comprising 35 dedicated and proficient solution architects and business process experts responsible for development, deployment, and operation of our global ERP and CRM system delivered by IFS.

The solution architects will work closely with users, vendors and other Group functions to ensure that Jotun has an up to date and efficient CRM solution.

The position will be based at our Headquarters in Sandefjord and report to Group IT Matrix Manager – CRM. Location at any of our regional hubs will be considered for the right candidates. Some travelling must be expected.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business units and Group functions for business process design, solution improvements and enhanced utilization of the CRM solution
• Educate, assist, and encourage local and regional organizations by offering expert advice, information and knowledge to improve efficiency and consistency in ways of working.
• Keep up to date within the field of expertise by actively seeking information and updates from external stakeholders and relevant professional bodies
• Manage or participate in global and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Support all Jotun companies to establish and operate the CRM solution.
• Handle and resolve support-cases reported by users, applying specialist skills to correct errors, assist users and improve processes.

We believe that the right candidate has the following professional qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master's degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with CRM and complex sales processes
• Knowledge in IFS is preferred
• Good communication skills in English
