Piping Engineer (E3D, TR2000, PED, ISO, Stress, Support)

Our customer, an international maritime company, are looking to increase their capacity in order to secure project execution and deliveries, and need more skilled candidates to joint their exciting projects.

Piping Engineer

Deadline: asap, we evaluate incoming applicants on an ongoing basis

Duration

• Start: as soon as possible
• End: 01.04.2025 with possibilities for Extensions

Qualifications:

• Technical, Bachelor or Master degree within engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience from O&G in Norwegian projects
• Min 5-8 years of relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• Additional craft certificate is an advantage.

Job description/Work tasks:

• Contribute in CTR-activities/offers, both installation and project related studies
• Discipline and field engineering
• Supplier follow-up
• Field hook up engineering
• Work packages
• Installation follow-up, red mark-up documentation, final documentation
• Offshore surveys, installation follow up or yard stay can be actual
• Coordination and cooperation with rig crew and ongoing installation work
• Contribute in project(s) and deliver on time and budget assigned work tasks
• Report costs, progress and deviation to technical lead/package engineer or project managers

Experience/ Knowledge:

• E3D, and related systems/modules
• TR2000
• PED (Pressure Equipment Directive)
• Isometric pipe drawing production and checking
• Hands-on installation support and management
• Pipe stress analysis
• Pipe support
