About the role

Main Responsibilities and tasks

• Daily follow-up of established routines and procedures as well as continuous improvement and development of HSEQ practices.
• You will be an operative representative for good HSE and promote sound HSE culture.
• Provide HSE support for Project Managers.
• Play an active part in incident management.
• Contribute to risk assessments, document management, audits and supplier assessments.
• Contribute to internal HSEQ training.
• Contribute to ESG reporting.

• Relevant higher education.
• Knowledge of, and interest in HSEQ and Sustainability.
• Good knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Experience with practical HSE coordination.
• Practical approach to HSE, while having knowledge of legislation and standards.
• Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
• High competence in standard office tools.
• Knowledge of ESG, sustainability and environmental reporting is beneficial.
• Experience of Information Technology, Cybersecurity and GDPR is beneficial .
