We are looking for an experienced Package Responsible Engineer - Electrolyzer

1.   Coordinate with various engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, C&I, process, etc).
2.   Responsible for preparation of technical requisition for package.
3.   Responsible for technical schedules of the contract (in cooperation with External FEED Contractor). Assistance to preparation of other
contractual schedules with other disciplines (e.g. legal, procurement, planning, quality, etc).
4.   Lead Technical evaluation of the offers/proposals. Review of TEAR by Engineering Contractor. Review and assesment of TQs and deviations
prior to contract signing.
5.   Secure vendor qualification process in conjuction with Procurement Department, including coordination of Technical Due Diligence with 3rd
party and assesment of the report and results of the audits.
6.   Technical interface with Engineering Contractor for the Electrolyzer Package. Participation in other discipline meetings as necessary.
7.   Technical interface with Electrolyzer vendor, in coordination with JV team and External

Engineering contractor team, including:
1.   Secure progress in the package, making sure that all parties are taking on their responsibilities and decisions are made. Expedite the
supplier when/if necessary.
2.   Technical evaluation of any potential VORs related to the package. Assistance on commercial evaluation process.
3.   Ensure engineering deliverables and equipment (next phase) are delivered according to project requirements and qualiaty standards.
4.   Coordination of the definition of QC Plan until COD.
5.   Ensure technical information from the vendor is sufficient for engineering contractor to develop the BoP and define the long lead packages
(rely upon information from Electrolyzer vendor)
6.   Ensure the vendor reaches DF of the long lead items within its package
8.   Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards in all package-related activities.
9.   Identify potential risks associated with the package and develop mitigation strategies.
10.   Proactively address technical and logistical challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns.
11.   Be JV Responsible to coordinate with vendor at workshops:
1.   HAZID/ENVID
2.   Process Design Reviews
3.   HAZOP
4.   SIL/LOPA
5.   Process Design Reviews
6.   Layout Reviews
7.   RAM (not a workshop)
