We are looking for new colleagues who will be given key positions to develop the market in Asia. The positions will focus on sales of Ground Station Services to satellite owners and operators in the Asia Pacific region.

You will play a central part in major projects and be an important asset to all the sales processes.

We cannot promise we will send you to space - but you will get the opportunity to build KSAT's position in the APAC region and be challenged by a diverse group of clients.

As a Sales Manager you will have the following responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with both existing customers and new prospects through dialogue with management and project managers
  • Take lead to prepare proposals, together with KSAT project managers and bid team
  • Negotiate and close profitable new contracts
  • Actively work to ensure sales targets and budgets are met
  • Extensive travel to build client relations and participate at industry events in Asia
  • Coordinate information between the KSAT offices and across departments

We are looking for you that have knowledge and experience within commercial business in Asia. You will be exposed to different cultures, and it is therefore important that you know how to build trust and create strong relations with our clients. This role requires strong English skills, written and verbally.

Team Asia is a small team with close collaboration. Therefore, good chemistry and great cooperation is essential. In the team we help each other - whether that is identifying trends in the market or developing partnerships with key customers.

The Sales Manager must be fit for the position and meet authorization requirements in KSAT. Candidates in final stage will go through a background check done by Semac.
