Bid Manager  

We are looking for a Bid Manager with an interest in technology and a keen eye for detail. You will be a part of a small, but expanding Bid Management team, and play a vital role in winning new business and expanding our relationships with our existing customers. 

You will be trusted to ensure we identify and prioritize the right opportunities and that all proposals are submitted on time, meet the requirements, and that they have the little extra that makes our proposal stand out from the pile. 

As Bid Manager your role is varied and you will: 

• Manage bid processes from begining-to-end 
• Create a strong win strategy 
• Gather and run multi-disciplinary teams for creating bid response documents 
• Ensure that deadlines are met 
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders 
• Prepare and run client presentations 
• Participate in negotiations 
• Improve internal processes and build our Bid Management toolkit 
• Many other challenging, fun, and rewarding tasks and projects 

Who are you? 

• At least 2-4 years’ experience from bid management (or maybe as a procurement expert), ideally within IT 
• Familiarity with public sector bid processes and the Norwegian Governments Agreement standard (SSA) 
• Well structured, great attention to detail, and have good numerical and commercial understanding. 
• Ability to project manage and coordinate with varied stakeholders and contributors 
• Great communication and collaboration skills. Full fluence in Norwegian and English is a requirement. 
• Positive and can-do attitude
