Our ServiceNow development teams consist of a mix of internal and external resources, most of whom with long experience working on the ServiceNow Platform.

The teams all contribute to a great culture of knowledge sharing and collaborations across all application areas.

DNB is a ServiceNow Lighthouse partner and contributes to several Product Advisory Councils, this gives us the possibility to test and use new functionality at an early stage, providing us the ability to affect the shape and content for new products.

We are now looking for a new lead developer with architect ambitions!

Who are you?

You are someone with a genuine interest in the ServiceNow platform and a wish to take technical ownership of parts of our applications.

You have development experience in ServiceNow as well as ServiceNow certifications and are eager to learn and share your knowledge.

It will be an advantage if you have experience with implementation or further development within the IT Service Management module. Having an overall process and business understanding and the ability to familiarize yourself with and understand dependencies between systems in relevant value chains is essential for success in the role. In addition, we prefer that you have a higher education at university / college level or possibly long, relevant experience in the area. If you have experience with integration development and use of APIs, this will also be a plus.

As a person, you have a clear direction and strong execution ability. You are at the forefront, actively working for change, and inspiring colleagues. In this way, you are good at building strong relationships within and outside the team, while at the same time helping to guide and coach colleagues around you. You must have good communications skills in Norwegian and English.

What is the job about?

As an employee of TS Governance Risk and Operational Excellence, you will, among other things, be responsible for the daily maintenance and configuration of one or more of the modules in ServiceNow.

Through the deliveries, you contribute to ensuring stable and safe operation, as well as good customer experiences both today and in the future. We have many exciting initiatives underway where you will be an important contributor to DNB getting the most out of the tool. It is therefore important that you thrive in a complex workday and that you can have control over several activities at the same time.

As a developer, you will, among other things, be responsible for:

• Design and further develop new functionality in one or more modules
• Keep track of the information and data model
• Keep documentation for the implementation up to date
• Be a supporter and supervisor for junior developers and colleagues with less competence in the module
• Be a driving force for change and improvement of our solutions and processes in one or more modules
• Be an active supporter of expansions and profit realization of our solutions and processes, especially when introducing new plugins or Scoped Applications
