Business design is on a journey, and we are looking for someone who wants to join us in shaping what this design discipline in EGGS will be in the future.

Who are we looking for?
We're searching for a highly experienced business designer with an entrepreneurial spirit, solid design methodology, extensive knowledge of innovation processes skills and an excellent ability to shape business opportunities. In addition, to be a good fit for the role of Lead Business Designer, we believe that you:

Have an academic background in design, business and administration, economics, or entrepreneurship.
Have a deep curiosity for developing new products and services, organisations, and people through co-creative processes.
Have a genuine passion for co-creative processes and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Have the mindset and skills to find the sweet spot where human needs, societal benefits, and business impact meet.
Have an entrepreneurial and curious mindset.
Have extensive experience in leading complex innovation projects.
Are comfortable and willing to lead, build, and inspire teams.
Are a skilled and organised project manager.
Have a passion for driving development within your design field.
Have extensive experience in sales and business development.
Have 10+ years of work experience.

What will you be doing?
As a Lead Business Designer in EGGS, a part of Sopra Steria, you will lead impactful projects through a design-driven innovation approach. You will contribute to setting the agenda for your discipline and play an essential role in developing the business and client projects. A few examples of things you might be doing are:

Leading and working in multi-disciplinary teams of designers, technologists, etc, on design-driven innovation projects with R&D labs, startups, and established companies.
Contributing with your competence to develop, support, and inspire your team.
Ensuring the quality of all client deliveries.
Collaborating with leaders across competencies to create holistic and impactful business design deliveries.
Designing business models, strategies, organisational structures, processes, and roadmaps.
Validating new business opportunities, key desirability, and viability assumptions.
Representing EGGS and your design field externally at events, presentations, and forums.
Facilitating processes with colleagues, clients, and users to ensure the solutions are co-created and firmly anchored.
Leading, selling, and coordinating sale processes.
Being responsible for building and developing client relationships, taking charge across portfolios of multiple client engagements.
Leading projects through all phases – from insights to development and implementation
Have project manager responsibilities, such as allocation, budget, and client contact.
