Electrical Engineer

Planned start date: 19/02/2024
Planned end date: 31/12/2025
Work schedule: Mon - Fri

Job Responsibilities:

Produce new documentation and drawings such as Heat Trace layouts and calculations, Light and small power layouts, etc.
Revise existing documentation and drawings
Produce work package for installation
Produce documentation for selectivity calculations
Discipline check and approval of documents and drawings produced in the project
Order all electrical materials needed for offshore installation
Must be able to understand P & IDs and drawings from different disciplines
Discussions with Client and vendor representatives to find optimal technical solutions

Required Education:

Masters or bachelor degree within electrical

Required Work Experience:

Experience in engineering within the Oil&Gas industry.
Must have knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NORSOK, PTIL and API standards

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of modifications on offshore installations when in operation
Excellent Norwegian (preferable) and English writing and speaking skills

Required Certificates:

Must have valid Norwegian offshore training and health certificate
EX - Grunnleggende EX kurs 2-3 dager i klasserom
FSE - Høy og lav spent med førstehjelp
