We are looking for our next Contract Manager!

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for efficient establishment of procurement strategies and contracts.
• Prepare and issue inquiries, manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations, and prepare award recommendations.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
• Perform contract start-up activities, including kick-off meetings and contract training with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage contracts from award to contract closeout.

Qualification Requirements

For this position, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

• Good oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Proven experience in project procurement.
• Independence and flexibility, coupled with the ability to collaborate within and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Proficient in cultivating, leveraging, and expanding a network of internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a commendable level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
• Possesses a strategic and commercial mindset, complemented by robust negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-oriented and dedicated to actively contributing to our zero-harm culture.
