The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:
  •  Be a member of the Additive Manufacturing (AM) team and work with a variety of AM challenges that will shape the future. 

  • Contribute shaping how we work with and use 3D printing in Equinor.  

  • Contribute to the implementation of Digital Inventory in Equinor, which will transform the supply chain. 

  • Contribute to building AM competence and sharing experience in Equinor. 

  • Collaborate with all parts of the Equinor organization. 

  • Collaborate with relevant suppliers.

Equinor is in the forefront of developing solutions for Additive Manufacturing in the Energy industry.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within mechanical engineering, materials technology or other relevant subjects.

  • Knowledge of several 3D printing technologies.

  • Knowledge and experience within the following three competences:

    • AM expert – deep knowledge within AM, ability to operate 3D printers. Experience from 3D scanning is a plus.

    • AM repair and robotic welding.

    • AM strategy and business development.

  • High standard related to HSE and quality.

  • An innovative mindset.
