We are now strengthening our Go-To-Market team of experts to be able to better help the 180 Visma companies across Europe and LatAm take their go-to-market approaches to the next level. And this is where your expertise comes in.
As part of our team, you report to the Go-To-Market and CX team in Visma Group, collaborating with 10 colleagues specialising in customer insights, success, pricing, and packaging. Our culture is open, and pragmatic, with clear communication lines and ample space for your ideas.
So what would your responsibilities be?
As a crucial part of our dynamic team, you'll be instrumental in elevating companies to new heights through our three levels of support:
- Train the Trainer - Develop competence of the companies through self-serve training material, facilitating academies and peer groups
- Guide & Advice - Support company leaders with go-to-market strategy and operations within the different areas of commercial strategy
- Run Projects - Drive workshops and projects, propelling companies toward their goals
Who are you?
You are passionate about creating go-to-market strategies and plans, and ideally also have experience in strategic marketing and positioning.You are practical, results-driven, and work in an organised manner. Being proactive, curious, and diplomatic comes naturally to you. You thrive in finding creative solutions for challenges, work well under pressure, and can build strong relationships at all levels within and across the company.
We believe you can tick some of these boxes:
- Relevant higher education and 5+ years of work experience
- Experience in driving collaboration, change, and strategic commercial strategy development
- An agency or management consulting background is a plus
- Design thinking methodologies experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)
- A commercial mindset
