Huddly is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Oslo. If you are an ambitious, talented team player with a passion for international shipments and excellent customer care, we would love to hear from you!
In your role as a Logistics Coordinator at Huddly, you will be part of the Logistics team within Operations and you will be responsible to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations in close cooperation with the rest of the Logistics team aiming to maximize Huddly’s value chain.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong interest in logistics and technology who wants to work with the world’s top brands in one of Norway's fastest growing tech companies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing orders, shipments and customer follow-up
- Handling invoicing and reporting.
- Maintaining daily contact with customers, partners and 3PL.
- Providing assistance and act as a back-up to the Support team as required.
- Providing customer support and contact with the Sales team.
- Creating documents and optimizing logistics procedures.
- Maintaining ERP and external systems.
- Collaborating closely with other departments at Huddly.
- Resolving various ad-hoc tasks that may arise.
- University degree in Business administration, Supply chain management, Logistics or similar field. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Self-driven with the ability to track multiple processes and meet deadlines.
- Process driven and “Getting things done” mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You have knowledge of Incoterms and Export/ Import procedures.
- You have a good understanding of supply chain principles, both theoretically and practically.
- You have been working with freight forwarders.
- You can effectively communicate in Norwegian.
