Job Role Summary

The Assets Coordinator shall act as the companies local focal point for asset control within the well construction product line. Responsible for continously monitoring local equipment catalouges and accosiated documentation, working closely with company operations teams to understand asset requirements, efficently coordinating asset movements to a high level of accuracy, ensuring asset availbility for ongoing and upcoming projects in line with company standards.

Tasks  

• Act as an owner to local well construction catalogues, monitoring utilization and availability, coordinating the sourcing and movement of assets to meet project requirments
• Ensure asset documentation is accruatley archived inline with company procedures and accreditiations (ISO)
• Work closely with regional and global asset teams to ensure asset requirements and initatives are efficenetly coordinated
• Monitor asset detail within company systems, initiaing amendments as required, ensuring information remains to a high level of accuracy
• Liaise with company vendors, supporting supply chain teams to efficently source assets as required
• Initiate and support the creation of new asset records in company systems
• Administer asset/product requisitions within company systems as required
• Monitor company asset communications, working closely with engineering/maintenance teams to ensure asset bulletins/retrofits are reported, implemented and documented in a timley manner
• Support QHSE teams during audits to navigate company archives, supplying requested documentation in a timley manner

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Qualities 

• 2 years experience within a similar role
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of product line
• Strong team work ethic
• Accountability and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS 365 packages
• Previous experience in company systems (SAP, ETM), preffered but not essential 
• Good oral and written command of Norwegian
• Good oral and written command of English
