Bidmanagement advisor – Offshore wind

Flux Partners is looking to recruit an experienced Tender advisor for offshore wind projects in Europe, with a primary focus on

offshore wind tenders and related offshore and onshore infrastructure in the Netherlands, the Nordics, and Baltics.

Ideally, we see this role being in Copenhagen, Denmark, but hybrid solution could be discussed. Some travel will be expected as offshore wind projects are expected to be published throughout West- and Central Europe in the coming years.

Your challenge as a tender advisor in offshore wind is to achieve the highest score on qualitative documentation and non-price criteria. The role will focus on offshore wind projects but also subsea cable, nearshore and – depending on your wishes and experience - onshore renewables tenders. As a tender advisor, you take a leading role in deciding the tender strategy, coordinate and lead creative sessions and write qualitative documentation. Depending on your experience, you will manage the core team, and are in charge and responsible for the qualitative part of the tenders. By developing a winning strategy, you go all out to conceive an innovative solution and continuously surprise the client positively. 

You will be part of our international Tender team, focusing on offshore wind tenders.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role in wind or related field;
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong dose of entrepreneurship;
• Ability to think innovatively;
• Fluency in English, Nordic languages would be highly welcomed;
• You live in Denmark or the Nordics and would be willing to travel to our office in Copenhagen regularly;
