To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions team in Fornebu is looking for a Piping Design Engineer who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing? 

You will be working as Piping Design Engineer together with other colleagues in the Hugin A project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:

• Design and 3D modelling of piping systems
• Area layout and 3D modelling of equipment
• Follow up of changes
• Communication with client
• Ensure that interfaces towards other disciplines are handled in an efficient way
• Issue isometrics according to project requirements
• Checking of isometrics may also be required
  
  

We think you should have some of the following:

• Engineering degree
• Experience from offshore-related industry
• Good general knowledge of the scope of work for a piping designer
• Previous experience with Aker Solutions is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Software Skills: E3D
• Fluent English, written and spoken
  
  

Working location: Fornebu, Oslo
Contract duration: December 2024 with option for extension
