There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

Aker Solutions is now looking for a Completion Manager - Study & Tender with experience from onshore or offshore projects. The project is lead from Trondheim.

Position Responsibilities:

• Electrification C-study.
• Develop an early commissioning and preservation strategy for module-, construction- and offshore integration work.
• Organize and lead the Completion work required for project study and tender work.
• Ensure the work is carried out in accordance with requirements of any applicable Aker Solutions governing documents.
• Assist Project Manager with tasks as required for project execution.
• Identify and define Customer expectations and establish working relation with Customer.
• Establish a cost-conscious attitude to technical solutions and project activities in the discipline.
• Report to Project Manager regularly about work status/schedule and any concerns.
• Develop the team spirit by own efforts and attitude and alignment through project talks, follow-up, and feedback.
• Represent Aker Solutions interests in all matters related to the project Completion work for the project.

Skills and Levels Description:

• Multidiscipline competence including construction and sound technical knowledge from engineering/front end oil & gas business.
• University degree, MSc, or BSc with relevant experience. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
• Good knowledge of own discipline scope of work, deliverables, technology, and calculations.
• Effective leadership and decision maker.
• Experience from Norwegian and/or international design developments.
• Good communication skills.
• Good in teambuilding.
• Fluent in English language, verbal and written.
• Software Skills: Microsoft Office, MIPS and other CMS's
