As a Contract Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our procurement activities, focusing on establishing and managing agreements. Your responsibilities will include leading contract establishment processes, managing enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation), and acting as a commercial leader in tender processes.
You will also be :- Implementing and operationalizing new agreements (frame agreements and single source)
- Managing the global contract portfolio through segment strategies
- Ensuring contract compliance and identifying/manage risks
- Contributing to the optimal use of agreements, including procurement support and operational responsibilities
- Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is advantageous
