Our Procurement Department at Stord Yard is now looking for a Senior Invoice Controller.
What will you be doing?
- Verify incoming invoices vs. procurement contract conditions.
- Approve verified invoices for payment.
- Reject any non-conforming invoice.
- Secure correct posting of invoices to financial accounts.
- Update relevant procurement and/or finance system with payment status and information.
- Manage and report any risk or non-conformance.
We think you should have:
- Degree in business trades
- Long experience as a invoice controller/or senior invoice controller can compensate for the education requirement
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the procurement process in the energy industry or comparable businesses
- Competencies in financial requirements
- Pro-active and energizing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in the English language
- High professional and personal integrity standards
- Ability to handle high workload and stressful periods
